Alan Thomas has over twenty years of broad–based executive leadership experience in domestic and international companies, public and private, non–profit, academia, military, and faith–based organizations. Alan has held roles of President & CEO, CEO, Executive Vice–President & COO, board director and GM. He as deep experience in leading startups and scaling operations. Prior to joining M-Trigen, Alan led the successful startup of an industrial manufacturing business in the oil & gas market and took them through full deal cycle and exit returning 7 x ROI to the investors in 6 years. Alan enjoys teaching and is an adjunct professor for undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and leadership. He served eight years in the U.S. Coast Guard specializing in drug interdiction and environmental science. Alan holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dan Giampetroni has spent over twenty years in the power generation and battery markets. Most recently he developed and managed a strategic business unit at Kohler that targeted the residential and light commercial power generator markets. During this time he expanded the product portfolio, increased the dealer network and grew market share. His relationships and strategic background in marketing and business development are being utilized to develop and manage M-Trigen's distribution, create utility partnerships and re brand the company to increase market awareness.
VP of Operations
Todd Willhoit has over twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing and engineering management, with a strong background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, product development, and staff development. Throughout his long career at companies such as Phillips 66, Toshiba International, and Oral-B Laboratories, Todd has worked in instrument and electrical design, developed electrical and mechanical system architecture and has been responsible for project management and control systems for high volume (greater than 1,000,000 units per day) manufacturing plants. Todd has BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
